Governor Bose's directive, coming in the wake of the Calcutta High Court's instructions to law enforcement agencies, highlights the need for swift action in addressing the allegations against Shahjahan.
Furthermore, the Governor has called for an inquiry into the disturbing incident involving the alleged throwing of a child by unidentified individuals in Sandeshkhali, mandating a detailed report to be submitted to his office within 72 hours if Shahjahan's arrest is not effected.
